Improving Performance in Contracting Using Control Charts

Objective: After this half day workshop, participants will gain a basic understanding on how to use control charts to improve performance in contracting. Key topics are:

  • Setting a control chart

  • Applications of control charts in contracting

Approach: This workshop will use selected case examples to interactively engage participants in the process of developing and interpreting selected control charts relevant to the contracting field.
